At Awahome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
